“So, I recently bought a nice desktop for gaming. It needs the video card replaced because I bought it from a retail store but once I switch out the video and upgrade the ram it should last at least a good five or six years. So bully for me. That brings me to my second point. I've been playing Sleeping Dogs for a couple of days now. I don't think my rig is powerful enough to handle the HD textures so I'm running it without. I think it's a decent game. I'm tempted to call it a Grand Theft Auto clone but it does have a few unique qualities. The story is actually impressing me so far, but word on the street is that it is a short game and I think it could have used some pre-release polish, by which I mean many of the mechanical aspects of the game are clunky or simply lackluster. I'll be done soon, but I'm feeling the game as a B-. It's still worth playing, but it has clear flaws that are probably the result of the game's notorious development complications.”
